We are Dept. 19, located in rural northeastern Pennsylvania in Bradford County, seven miles from the New York state border. Our base is currently at Beaver Valley Cable Co.’s garage. The area we serve is mostly rural countryside with rolling farm land. We are an all volunteer non-profit 501c organization with 30 active firefighters and 6 firefighting vehicles.

Our new 2012 Freightliner FL106/KME Tanker with a 750 gallon per minute pump and a 2500 gallon holding tank. This truck was awarded through a 2010 FEMA Grant of $190,000. Cost of truck was $204,000, so the cost to us was $14,000. The new tanker replaces our 1989 Chevy Tanker, which is now for sale.
